Balance Point is an independently owned physical therapy practice serving communities throughout Skagit County. Under new ownership, we are focused on building upon the strong foundation and reputation of Balance Point while bringing fresh energy, continued growth, and new opportunities for our clinicians and patients.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care and interested in growing alongside our practice. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, collaborative, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and coworkers.

Physical Therapist – PT - Pelvic Floor Specialist
Schedule: Full-time or part-time opportunities may be available
Locations: Balance Point Physical Therapy locations in Skagit County, Washington
Full Time Physical Therapist and/or Certified Athletic Trainer (PT/ATC)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Time Physical Therapist and/or a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our growing sports medicine team in Skagit Valley. These unique positions serve both rehabilitation clinic and on-field athletic training roles, supporting high school and college athletic programs.
This is a great opportunity for a licensed PT who is also BOC-certified, looking for a dynamic and flexible position that blends clinical care and athletic coverage.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed, patient-centered care
Desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace
Applicable continuing education in pelvic floor or athletic training, based on the position.
